Our mortgage products include but are not limited to: Conventional conforming, jumbo and super-jumbo loans,  First time home-buyer programs,  FHA 3.5% down loans, low down FHA jumbo loans, as well as a variety of FNMA and Freddy-Mac mortgage relief programs with loan to values up to 105% of the value of your home.

Commercial Mortgages

Our Commercial Real Estate Finance Division focuses in the assignment of commercial mortgages  for  multi-family apartment buildings, office / retail, and mixed-use specialty properties. We organize equity obligations through  refinance loans, acquisition loans, and permanent financing for both owner-occupied and investment properties throughout the State of California
